This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys driving maturity uplift, and is passionate about improving engineering culture, standards, and capability The RoleAs an Engineering Practice Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and uplifting engineering practices across software, data, operations, and infrastructure teams. You''ll partner with senior engineering leaders, HR/Landamp;D, and workforce teams to influence hiring quality, strengthen communities of practice, and embed best-in-class engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery across engineering pods, working closely with engineers and technical stakeholders Design and implement AI-driven tools and solutions to improve engineering productivity and workflows Apply practical experience using AI tools such as Claude (preferred) or Copilot within a real delivery environment Build and evolve career development frameworks and progression roadmaps for engineering teams Support and improve hiring structures, ensuring alignment with capability needs Help shape and embed best practices, standards, and ways of working across teams Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and ..... full job details .....
