Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting:We are looking for an Engineering Operative a permanent position based with our client in St HelensImmediate start available (subject to interview process)Rate of pay is 14.48 per hour for first 37.5 hours and 19.15 per hour after 37.5 hours This will be working Monday to Thursday 8am -4:30pm and Friday 8am - 1:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesAssisting with general engineering and workshop duties.Supporting production and manufacturing processes.Handling, moving and preparing engineering components and materials.Carrying out basic finishing duties, such as fettling, deburring and cleaning components, where required.Using hand tools and workshop equipment safely.Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.Following health and safety procedures at all times.Working effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines.RequirementsPrevious experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.A practical, hands-on approach to work.Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.In the first instance, send CV''s to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.Dutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client. ..... full job details .....
