This is a "player-coach" role: you will drive agile delivery and manage the team while serving as the hands-on Android technical expert. Key Responsibilities Lead & Deliver: Manage a multidisciplinary team of 5-8 engineers (including contractors), owning the roadmap, resourcing, and agile delivery. Android Leadership: Guide technical decisions, review code, and step in to troubleshoot complex Android issues (Kotlin, Jetpack, architecture). Operational Health: Monitor app performance (crashes, ANRs, latency) and lead technical incident management.
