This is a hands-on people-management role. You will lead and develop engineers, partner closely with the Product Manager and take ownership of delivering new product features. You must also be comfortable contributing to technical discussions, reviewing code and challenging engineering decisions. Key responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a team of software engineers. Partner with the Product Manager to shape priorities and manage the backlog. Own feature delivery from planning through to release. Lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate effective collaboration.
