What you''ll be doing: As an Engineering Manager - Systems Solutions Delivery you will lead the delivery of engineering activities across multiple workstreams within a mission system capability and integration programme. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the role is responsible for delivering integrated software and hardware solutions that meet customer requirements for performance, cost, and schedule. The position also oversees engineering inputs from internal programmes, enterprise initiatives , and external partners to ensure effective integration, governance, and delivery across the full system lifecycle.
