Key responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and technicians Plan and prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime and improve asset availability Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Manage planned maintenance schedules, shutdowns and contractor activity Own and manage the permit-to-work system Develop, coach, and upskill engineering team members Lead fault finding and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent repeat failures Drive continuous improvement across maintenance and reliability Communicate performance and site issues via shift reports and handovers Support budget control and cost management within engineering.
