This is a hybrid, permanent position based in Brighton, offering GBP100,000 - GBP125,000 per annum plus bonus and pension.Requirements:Proven experience as a Development/Software Engineering ManagerStrong management skills, including inheriting teams, raising standards, and improving performanceStrategic ability to align team efforts with business needsExcellent design and architecture skillsExperience with .NETKnowledge of AI, even outside work contextsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesYou should be able to demonstrate examples of team inheritance and improvement, as well as technical modernization and transformation during the interview process.The goal is to achieve these objectives within approximately 18 months.
