Engineering Manager - Haverhill Do you have experience working within a chemical production environment? Are you looking for a long-term role with clear paths for progression? Your duties as an Engineering Manager include but are not limited to the following: Ensure that the plant and equipment achieve the highest levels of OEE possible.Ensure that the Scheduled Maintenance Plan is carried out and accurately documented.Lead and support the design and installation of new equipment as needed.Work alongside the Production Manager to perform risk assessments to agree design criteria and equipment specifications.Lead your team in a way that is consistent and aligns with the company''s Mission and Values. Requirements:Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience working in a chemical manufacturing or similiar environment. Demonstrable background in performing scheduled maintenance.Knowledge of COMAH, ATEX advantageous.
