This is a leadership-focused role. You will guide the team on technical decisions, architecture, and delivery while ensuring the platform meets business priorities and regulatory standards such as SOX and GDPR/PII. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of engineers Oversee delivery, quality, and best practices Provide technical guidance on architecture and system design Support migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Partner with Product and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and priorities Maintain platform health and drive innovation Required Experience 2+ years engineering management experience 10+ years Back End software development experience Experience leading system migrations or modernisations Strong people management and communication skills Experience with critical production systems Desirable SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC experience Cloud computing/AWS knowledge Experience in regulated environments (SOX/GDPR) Large-scale ..... full job details .....
