This is an exciting opportunity for a senior engineering professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability and a passion for developing high-performing teams. About The Role As an Engineering Manager, you''ll provide technical and people leadership across a portfolio of water and infrastructure projects, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions from concept through to detailed design and construction support. You''ll work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and discipline leads, providing technical governance, design oversight and mentoring to engineering teams while maintaining strong client relationships. You''ll play a key role in developing capability within the business and supporting the growth of Water sector offering across the UK. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, pipelines, reservoirs and associated civil and structural infrastructure.
