This is a significant design and build programme involving the upgrade and renewal of approximately 1,000 existing assets across road, rail, bridges and associated civil infrastructure. The Engineering Manager will provide engineering leadership across the programme, working closely with the construction team and taking responsibility for the management and technical assurance of design delivered by external design consultancies.
