Recruit4staff are representing a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor in their search for an Engineering Manager to work in Seascale Job Details: Pay: Up to £80,000 per annum (plus £6,350 car allowance) Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week Duration: Permanent Benefits: Enhanced Contributory Pension, Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance, Training and Development, Career Progression Engineering Manager Job Role: The Engineering Manager will provide senior technical leadership and project delivery activities on a major regulated infrastructure contract. The role will oversee design assurance, engineering governance, technical risk, constructability and design approvals throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover. Responsibilities will include fulfilling CDM Principal Designer duties, managing permanent and temporary works interfaces, supporting gated assurance reviews and leading multidisciplinary engineering personnel. The role will work closely with project, construction, commercial and client teams to ensure that engineering solutions are safe, compliant, practical and aligned with contractual requirements.
