I am looking for an Engineering Manager to head up a team of 7-8 Software Engineers in building a supreme data platform that is very visible and important for the company; it will form the foundation for other, bigger initiatives over the next few years. You ll have a strong technical background in software engineering, ideally with some data flavour to it. This is a hands-off role but you ll need to be able to hold your own in technical conversations, 1-2-1s, reviews, etc. so if you ve been solely focussed on delivery for years and years, this probably isn t the role for you.
