Role Overview The Engineering Manager is accountable for all design and engineering activities across their designated sector, working closely with the Sector Lead and Project Managers. The role provides functional leadership to Engineers and Designers across internal teams and the supply chain, working with discipline leads to resolve technical issues and ensure effective delivery. The Engineering Manager will also support work winning, estimating, procurement, construction and commissioning activities, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to graduates within the sector.
