You will be responsible for overseeing both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, managing planned preventative maintenance schedules, coordinating reactive and breakdown support, and implementing long-term engineering strategies aligned with production and business goals.You will play a key role in health and safety compliance, budget control, contractor management, and the development of engineering standards across site. Sector - FMCG Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Manager Proven engineering leadership experience within an FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment. Strong background managing both reactive and planned maintenance within a fast-paced factory. Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
