ENGINEERING MANAGER Job Title: Engineering ManagerLocation: Accrington, LancashireSalary: £65,000 - £70,000Shift: Days (Mon-Fri)A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the engineering function, team performance, site reliability and future engineering strategy.You''ll lead and develop the engineering team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and drive improvements in plant reliability and performance.
