They also produce design and detailing works for various other sectors and clients involving a variety of schemes from steel framed structures, foundations, infrastructure and works within the water treatment industry. Our wide range of clients ensure a consistent workload on a variety of interesting projects.They are currently looking to grow the team by employing an Engineering Manager to lead a talented Team of Engineers and drive success across various projects.This role will be the technical lead within a team focused on delivering projects on time and to budget whilst maintaining high standards, improving efficiencies, and developing design standards.The successful candidate will oversee project delivery within the Design team, management of the Team of Engineers and department, development and implementation of design standards, mentor and develop a dynamic team, and contribute to business development and recruitment.This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent organisational skills to manage the ongoing growth of our engineering department.Key Responsibilities for this Engineering Manager role:Project Delivery: Ensure the successful and ..... full job details .....
