This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring that project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Engineering and DeliveryDevelop and manage the Project Engineering Execution Plan (PEEP) throughout all project phases.Lead the engineering execution of projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.Coordinate design, technical, and HSEQ reviews.Monitor engineering progress, workload forecasting, and project performance.Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented.Manage project changes and evaluate their impact on delivery.Oversee engineering interfaces and ensure effective communication between all parties.Consolidate project cost estimates and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.Ensure effective close-out of projects, including technical documentation and final reporting.Leadership and Team ManagementLead and motivate multidisciplinary engineering project teams.Collaborate with department heads to define project resource requirements and staffing plans.Manage ..... full job details .....
