You’ll play a key role in setting the bar and inspiring others to reach it.Working closely with the Head of Engineering Practice, you will:Lead and inspire a team of engineers, providing mentorship, career development and regular feedback.Collaborate with Product to define priorities and deliver innovative features that delight customers and drive business value.Champion DevOps and CI/CD, ensuring smooth deployments and a culture of continuous improvement.Raise the bar on engineering practices from code quality and testing to architecture and documentation.Shape our engineering culture, helping to build a high-performing, inclusive environment where engineering excellence thrives.Interested?We’re currently looking for an experienced Engineering Manager, with a track record of success building zero to one products on an international scale. A hands off leader, you''ll love solving problems at scale and offer the following:Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams (ideally 6+ people).Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.Solid background in software engineering (any modern stack) and a passion for high-quality code.Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and high-availability distributed systems.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, you partner naturally with product, design and other stakeholders.A drive to develop people and culture as much as technology.Deep passion about software quality and creating exceptional user experiences.APPLY TODAY!!!
