      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Purpose of Position We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Team Pegasus, responsible for the Awin Mobile App and its backend platform. Pegasus is part of the Publisher Tribe that builds the experiences publishers rely on every day: discovering opportunities, generating links, tracking performance, and growing their partnerships on the go. The role is focused primarily on the creator-focused mobile app. You will lead two teams that bring it to life:  Pegasus Mobile, building our Flutter-based mobile application. Pegasus Platform, providing the APIs and backend services that power the mobile app and our publisher web experience.  This is a leadership role, not a hands-on coding role, but we expect strong technical depth so you can guide the team and unblock delivery when needed.
