This organisation employs over 3,000 colleagues worldwide and supplies products to more than 40 countries across the EMEA region from its Leeds site.DescriptionReporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, the Engineering Manager will play a key role in the site leadership team. You''ll be responsible for the entire engineering function, ensuring assets are maintained to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency, delivering optimal output at the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of around 10 engineers in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across all site assets.Drive reliability initiatives, including root cause analysis (RCA) and delivery of actions to meet key maintenance KPIs.Develop team capability through training, development, and addressing skill gaps.Ensure compliance with Quality and Health and Safety standards at all times.
