This opportunity is ideal for a Manufacturing Engineer or Mechanical Engineer looking to step up into an Engineering Management role, taking ownership of manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.You will play a key role at the interface of engineering, quality, and production, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with AS9100 standards, while leading continuous improvement initiatives across the site.Main Responsibilities:Lead manufacturing engineering activities and support production operationsDevelop and maintain manufacturing route cards, work instructions, and process documentationTranslate engineering designs into robust, repeatable manufacturing processesSupport NPI, industrialisation, and process validation activitiesDrive improvements in OEE and support TPM initiativesEnsure compliance with AS9100, supporting audits, FAIR, and RRCA activitiesRequired Skills and Experience:Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar within aerospace or regulated manufacturingProven ability or readiness to step into an Engineering Manager / leadership roleStrong knowledge of AS9100 and manufacturing process controlExperience with route cards, process ..... full job details .....
