Our client designs and manufactures high-reliability electronic products for a demanding, high-volume market, and is investing in its engineering leadership team to support the next phase of growth.This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically credible manager who can lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team - hardware, firmware, mechanical and test - through the full product development lifecycle, from concept to volume manufacture.The RoleReporting to the Engineering Director, you will take ownership of a multi-function engineering team, balancing day-to-day delivery with longer-term technology and product roadmap planning.
