As part of this next phase of growth, they''re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a small, experienced engineering team, support the development of a modern consumer-facing platform and help shape how the engineering function evolves. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the people and leadership side of engineering management but still wants to remain close to the technology. The RoleAs Engineering Manager, you''ll take ownership of the team''s delivery, ways of working and continued development. You''ll work closely with engineers, product and senior stakeholders to make sure the team is focused on the right priorities and has the environment, processes and support needed to deliver effectively. While this isn''t a role where you need to be the strongest technical specialist in every conversation, you''ll need enough technical depth to challenge decisions, contribute to technical discussions and support the team when required. The engineering team is currently relatively small and experienced, with plans to grow alongside the development of the new platform.
