They're seeking an experienced engineering leader  who has experience in manufacturing / production environments - ideally for complex electro-mechanical  products. You'll be leading a team of 8 of Manufacturing Engineers, to provide a high level of engineering support, at this world-class manufacturing facility near Middlesbrough . Overseeing activities such as production support, servicing, commissioning and FAT, new product introduction (NPI), introducing new equipment and technologies, achieving departmental KPI's, etc. Championing a culture of continuous improvement and constantly reviewing ways to improve quality and efficiency for the operation. Also leading on safety and compliance.
