Engineering Manager

Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a highly reputable real estate company who are recruiting an Engineering Manager to manage engineering and energy management for an impressive asset in Central London plus supporting with the wider portfolio. The salary for this role is paying between 60,000 - 65,000 plus a generous benefits package, and the opportunity to work with an experienced property management team.Our client is dedicated in providing the highest standards when it comes to building management, engineering services and energy management. As the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the engineering and energy aspects for the building. You will be responsible for driving sustainability initiatives, optimising energy efficiency and ensuring seamless delivery of the engineering systems.The role will take responsibility for developing and implementing comprehensive energy management strategies across the commercial asset, using data analysis and the latest technology to optimise energy consumption, improve building performance and support wider sustainability initiatives. You will lead on the management of the on-site MandE service partner, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the building management systems, alongside the mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
