Engineering Manager Location - South LincolnshireSalary - 60kWorking Hours - Monday to Friday with flexibilityWe are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected FMCG manufacturer in the South Lincolnshire area to appoint an Engineering Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a team, optimise engineering performance, and drive a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement while supporting a pipeline of exciting upcoming projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily engineering operations, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to maintain high levels of equipment reliability and site performance.Champion a proactive safety culture, identifying risks, driving safe working practices, and ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation.Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime and optimise plant efficiency across all production areas.Lead site projects, managing delivery from planning through to completion while controlling cost, quality, and timescales.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase productivity, improve processes, and reduce operational costs.Manage supplier and contractor relationships, oversee engineering budgets, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all engineering activities.RequirementsQualified in a relevant engineering discipline, with multi-skilled experience supporting complex machinery in a fast-paced production setting.Demonstrated leadership ..... full job details .....
