What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a talented hardware engineering tea
- Bringing technical credibility to design reviews, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Supporting complex troubleshooting and guiding engineers through challenges
- Driving project delivery and ensuring technical milestones are met
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members as the business continues to grow
- Building a positive, collaborative, high-performing engineering culture

What You’ll Bring
- A solid background in hardware/electronics engineering
- Confidence in high-level technical discussions and decision-making
- Experience supporting troubleshooting and technical problem resolution
- A natural ability to lead, coach, and motivate engineer
- Experience delivering engineering projects in a product development environment
