Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the engineering team, ensuring the team is well organised, supported and delivering a reliable maintenance service to the production operation. This is a people-focused leadership role, with responsibility for team performance, development, maintenance standards and equipment reliability.
