Ready to lead a talented engineering team and make a real impact on the next generation of packaging machinery Endoline Automation is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead six engineers across Mechanical, Electrical and Automation disciplines. You''ll play a key role in designing and developing market-leading end-of-line packaging machinery, combining hands-on technical expertise with people leadership and product innovation. Reporting to the Operations Director, you''ll help turn customer requirements into practical, commercially viable engineering solutions while developing your team and driving continuous improvement. What You''ll Do • Lead, coach and develop a team of six engineers across mechanical, electrical and automation disciplines. • Drive the design and development of bespoke packaging machinery and automation systems. • Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations and design specifications. • Stay hands-on with technical problem-solving across design, build, commissioning and installation. • Work closely with Sales, Project Management and Production to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Manage engineering resources and priorities across multiple projects. • Support customers and internal teams with technical advice and ..... full job details .....
