Engineering Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be exclusively partnered with a well established heavy engineering and manufacturing business in Darley Dale, who are looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to take ownership of their maintenance and reliability function. The Engineering Manager will report to the Head of Operations and sit within the senior leadership team, taking full accountability for maintenance, reliability, statutory compliance and capital projects, and leading a team of engineers, technicians and apprentices. This is more than managing a maintenance team. It is about raising standards, embedding a preventative maintenance culture and building a project pipeline that supports production and long term investment. Working Hours: Days based, Monday to Friday Duties of the Engineering Manager will include: Leading the site''s engineering and maintenance function, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards Owning delivery of the CAPEX and major maintenance programme Rolling out TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance strategies to improve reliability Acting as Duty Holder for statutory engineering compliance Managing and developing the maintenance team, including engineers, technicians and apprentices Applying a structured project management methodology across all engineering projects Working cross functionally to embed engineering safety standards and improve asset performance Requirements of the Engineering Manager: ..... full job details .....
