This is a senior, high autonomy role where you''ll have the opportunity to shape the engineering strategy, develop the team and drive improvements across a busy 24/7 manufacturing site. The role You''ll take overall responsibility for the engineering and maintenance function, working closely with Operations, Technical, HR and other departments to improve reliability, compliance and overall site performance.
