Are you an Electrical Engineer, Supervisor or Manager with experience in pumps and motors from a Manufacturing, Industrial or Plant environment, looking to take the next step in your career within an international group offering long-term stability and involvement in key electrical projects?

In this role, you will have full autonomy in managing a small team of engineers within a well-equipped facility, alongside a bonus scheme and excellent company benefits.

This company specialise in producing raw materials and resin-based products for the wider chemical industry. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are now looking for the right person to join their management team.

In this leadership position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the electrical maintenance function operates effectively. You will oversee a close-knit team, manage planned and reactive maintenance activities, and ensure the safe and efficient running of site electrical assets, including pumps, motors, control panels and associated equipment. Any health and safety experience would be highly beneficial.

This role is ideal for an Electrical Maintenance or Engineering Manager from a Manufacturing, Industrial or Plant setting, with strong experience on pumps and motors, who is looking to step into a key leadership role within an international organisation offering long-term security, ongoing projects, a bonus scheme and strong benefits.
