Location: Commutable from Spalding, Lincolnshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the engineering and maintenance teams

• Identify development needs and provide training to enhance team performance

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site and within the department

• Manage team performance, attendance, health & safety, and grievance processes

• Oversee engineering and maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations

• Offer hands-on technical support when needed
