About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in one of our smaller but growing regions. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced engineer who is ready to combine day-to-day engineering work with leadership responsibilities. You will spend part of your week on the tools, with dedicated time for mentoring and developing engineers in the area.
