This is an opportunity to take ownership of engineering performance while helping to create safe, reliable and efficient plant operations. You''ll join a supportive organisation where engineering plays a central role in operational success. Combining hands-on technical understanding with people leadership, you''ll have the scope to develop your team, strengthen maintenance practices and drive meaningful improvements across the site. You will be leading a multi-disciplined team of 4 Engineers. The Opportunity: As an Engineering Manager you''ll play a key role in: Leading, supporting and developing the maintenance team, encouraging high standards and a positive approach to continuous improvement. Driving proactive and reactive maintenance practices, including accurate PPM schedules, to support safe, reliable plant performance. Maintaining compliance with HSE, EA, LOLER, Written Schemes of Examination and other relevant regulatory requirements. Managing contractors effectively, including inductions, authorisations, risk assessments and Permits to Work. Working collaboratively with colleagues, senior management, suppliers and other stakeholders to minimise downtime and support production.
