This role leads a multi-disciplinary engineering team across one or more platforms, with a focus on people leadership, delivery quality, and building a high-performing engineering culture. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Scrum Masters to drive consistency and continuous improvement. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices would be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a multi-disciplinary engineering team across one or more platforms Embed engineering standards, governance, and consistent ways of working across teams Manage team performance, career growth, and wellbeing in a psychologically safe environment Partner with Scrum Masters to monitor delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and delivery challenges to keep teams on track Champion adoption of modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve ..... full job details .....
