Candidate Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop an established team of engineers, creating a supportive environment where junior members can grow and thrive Act as a mentor and technical role model, championing continuous professional development across the team Managing your team of engineers, you will monitor and provide guidance to the team coordinating the design of temporary and permanent works across a diverse project portfolio Provide technical management and quality assurance across all engineering outputs Assess competencies and nominate Contractors Responsible Engineers (CRE) and Contractors Responsible Managers (CEM) on Rail frameworks and contracts Act in capacity of CEM on rail contracts where required, drawing on broad project experience to build client confidence and ..... full job details .....
