The role will focus on existing processes and improvements, leading and mentoring multi-disciplined teams, increasing preventative maintenance activity and projects to support these. The successful candidate will; Lead the teams ensuring development, mentoring and coaching for the team Ensure that all maintenance and servicing aspects relating to site are efficiently undertaken to support operations Ensure all works carried out adhere to our safe working systems Manage Service Contracts and contractors attending site Developing and implementing the Planned Preventive Maintenance Systems Conduct investigations based on downtime to determine root cause analysis and then implement corrective and preventative actions using appropriate stakeholders Forecast and manage the maintenance budget.
