Role: Engineering Manager - Prestigious Commercial EstateLocation: Central LondonSalary: £67,000 per annumContract: PermanentHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday We are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering delivery across a prestigious commercial estate in the heart of London.Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities management, engineering and building services, delivering technical FM solutions across complex and high-profile property portfolios.This is a senior operational position with responsibility for the engineering team, technical compliance, contract performance, client relationships and the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.The RoleAs Engineering Manager, you will take overall responsibility for engineering operations across the contract, ensuring a consistently high standard of service while maintaining strong relationships with the client.Key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the engineering team, including performance, development, appraisals, recruitment and succession planning Ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed effectively and within contractual KPIs and SLAs Maintaining high standards of statutory, technical and Health and Safety compliance Managing subcontractor performance and holding regular performance reviews Monitoring contractual and operational performance and producing monthly reports Supporting contract PandL ..... full job details .....
