This role will suit an experienced maintenance leader who enjoys developing people as much as improving equipment performance. You will lead an established team, strengthen maintenance planning and reliability, and work closely with production to make improvements that last. You will be visible on the factory floor and willing to get involved with technical issues when needed. The role Lead, coach and develop maintenance team leaders and engineers, identifying skills gaps and supporting their development. Improve preventative maintenance, scheduling and the response to equipment breakdowns. Identify recurring faults and use maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Work with production colleagues to agree priorities and support safe, efficient operations. Manage maintenance expenditure and make effective use of contractors and resources.
