Engineering Maintenance Manager

Requisition ID 61065 Position Type FT External Workplace Arrangement About the role We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Portbury site as a Maintenance Manager. Reporting directly to the Site Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe installation, repair and maintenance of all equipment within the production environment. This key position provides leadership and direction to the engineering maintenance department. The core focus for this role is to ensure equipment and facilities maintenance is completed to a high standard ensuring machine availability is maximised and all compliance standards are always met. You will work closely with the Maintenance Planner, giving direction and feedback to ensure that Maintenance Plans are robust and delivered on time, in full. A key responsibility is to coach and support all Maintenance Engineers, ensuring they have the right skills, knowledge and behaviours to undertake their roles effectively.
