Engineering Maintenance Manager

A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a company to lead their established team of maintenance engineers. With a background-in FMCG being essential as Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all engineering functions on site. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure all areas-are compliant across the site, ensure the-maintenance teams are delivering both in terms of reactive & planned maintenance functions. Ensuring Engineering and H&S systems are paramount and that the engineering team works to best practice. Develop strategies that deliver continuous engineering improvements across all engineering functions both in terms of systems, processes & people.
