Managing a team of circa 30 people, the role is focused on successful day-to-day operational efficiency, engineering strength, accurate schedule adherence as well as maintaining their journey in continuous improvement and best practice. This is a hands-on role reporting to and working closely with the CEO. Working to high tolerances and primarily with specialist carbon-based materials as well as some metallics, the Engineering Machining Manager should have considerable experience of working and leading engineering/manufacturing teams across CNC grinding, machining or similar precision operations.
