JB511: Engineering LecturerLocation: HullSalary: £40,990 - £43,402 per annumOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Engineering Lecturer on behalf of one of our clients.We are looking for an individual with suitable ability and background who feels they have the right skills and attributes to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of engineers.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities for the Engineering Lecturer: This position involves delivering a range of engineering subjects at Level 4 and Level 5 as part of the Engineering NC/HNC/HND programme. Subjects to be taught may include: Mechanical principles.Engineering maths.Engineering science.Engineering design.Fluid mechanics.CAD.Health and safety.Organisational efficiency and improvements / lean manufacture.Professional engineering management.There will also be a requirement to facilitate and assess engineering projects at L3 and L4 and research project work at Level 5. Skills and Qualifications for the Engineering Lecturer: Be degree qualified.Have at least five years relevant industry experience.Have excellent technical skills.Have excellent interpersonal skills.A teaching qualification is desirable but full training would be given to the right applicant.A full driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential as some travelling between sites may be necessary.The client is ..... full job details .....
