Working closely with operations and management, the role helps resolve equipment issues, supports continuous improvement, and ensures all engineering activities meet BRC, customer, and Health and Safety requirements Working hours: 6:00pm - 06:00am on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern The Position: • Oversee and guide the engineering team, ensuring effective support in the delivery of daily engineering activities. • Support the engineering team to meet proactive and preventative maintenance requirements • Work closely with the Packhouse Manager, Team Leaders and Line Leaders to understand, investigate, and rectify running issues to ensure that we achieve maximum efficiency from our equipment • Gain exposure and training to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in conjunction with the training team for engineering processes • Identify areas for improvement and escalate issues to ensure processes are up-to-date...
