What You''ll Be Doing As Engineering Lead you''ll be responsible for leading all engineering activities across the site, ensuring our equipment, processes, and tooling operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering team. Championing a strong health, safety, and compliance culture across the operation.
