Engineering Lead

The Engineering Lead forms an integral part of the ISS Livv maintenance service delivery. The role is the primary interface between Key Account Network and the Livv business. You will direct, deliver and lead the operations and maintenance service delivery across the Livv client, ensuring effective implementation of maintenance activities to provide safe, compliant and productive Livv workplaces - driving satisfaction and profitability.The role includes leading the engineering on site and supervising contractors in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures, which will encompass hiring, training and delivering staff appraisals. You will be involved in planning, assigning and directing work and addressing feedback.Experience and TraitsPractitioner experience of Technical Services in a building services environment - preferably in integrated facilities management within Corporate environmentVocational Education in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (In this section we include country specific qualifications)In-country Chartered/Registered/Licensed Engineer.
