Engineering Labourer with Stacker Truck

With over 50 years of success and a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected business that values its workforce and offers long-term career prospects.We are looking for an Engineering Labourer / Stacker Truck Driver, who will play a key role in supporting the production team and ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly.Your responsibilities as a Stacker Truck driver / Engineering op, your day to day duties will include: Operating a stacker truck safely and efficiently Safely removing finished components from punched and laser-cut metal sheets Deburring metal components to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish Supporting machine operators with material loading, machine set-ups and production activities Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in line with company standardsTo be considered for this role, you will have: A valid externally accredited Stacker Truck Licence (not in-house) Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment Deburring experience Experience working alongside production machinery Good communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive attitude and strong attention to detailYou will receive the following: 13.74 per hour Overtime paid at 1.5x after 38 hours Temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks Excellent working environment ..... full job details .....
