Engineering Labourer with FLT

Kinetic Recruitment are recruiting for a long-standing engineering company based in in Rochdale. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and confident Engineering Labourer with FLT counterbalance to work within their Engineering department. They manufacture high spec & new build packaging machinery and supply to many blue chip companies around the world. We are looking for the Engineering Labourer to start as soon as possible.

As the Labourer your main duties will be:
* Ensuring Machines are ready to be viewed and inspected by clients.
* Pack the plastic and paper films so they are ready to be sent to clients.
* Helping insert plastic and paper film in to the machines.
* Ensuring area around the machines is clean.
* Disassembling machinery
* Help with Moving the machines in and around the workshop.
* Cleaning the machines as and when required.
* Operating FLT counterbalance when required

To be successful in the position as Labourer, you must be / have:
* Excellent customer service/social skills as you will be introduced to clients
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
* Ability to work overtime as and when required
* Able to work in a team and be willing to help out in other departments if necessary.
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable and conscientious
* In date FLT counterbalance licence (required not in house)

As the Labourer, you will receive:
* -12.82 per hour - with annual bonus opportunities
* Working for a well-established company in their industry
* Core hours are 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (40hours per week)

* Temporary to permanent position
